Lap top Repair I accidentally broke my laptop screen and was able to bring it in. I did have to pay the $____ estimate charge because it was a laptop. But, Mike put that towards the final repair. The turn around was 4 days because he had to order a new screen. He also guaranteed all his work. I was thoroughly satisified with the repair and will be bringing my machines back to him.
2 months for a 1 week job, and my printer was still broken. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with before. They were closed during open hours three times, HUNG UP on me while checking the status of my job, failed to call back as promised twice, and took 2 months to complete a 1 week job for a Brother printer that stopped turning on.
