There is not enough I can say in gratitude for the care I received at A Gentle Beginning. I was nervous my entire pregnancy and the midwives were always available to answer my questions and reassure me. They helped me to trust through pregnancy and labor and despite the intensity of an unmedicated homebirth, I would not have changed one thing. Both Catherine and Carissa are recommended highly for their deeply compassionate and professional care.
Catherine was a God-send during the birth of my last baby. She made sure that everything was how I wanted it to be. I was a big baby about things, and she just smiled and let me whine. I could not have asked for a better team to help bring my baby into the world. My only regret is not getting a photo of Catherine holding Maelie.
When we got pregnant with our first child, we envisioned having her in the comfort of our home, guided by the calm and nurturing presence of experienced midwives.
