If anyone is needing a special events coordinator please go see Jose Ibarra at A Gala Event Catering & Events. I went to see them last year for my daughter's Sweet 16th for catering and linen only, lets say I was NOT the easiest client to work with. I was very indecisive and constantly making changes to the shade color and fabric pattern of the linen. But Jose always listened and made any accommodations to fit mine and my daughter's needs. Their service was awesome and they went the extra mile to make sure everyone was pleased. The food was delicious and hot when it was served. They were very professional and arrived on time which was two hours before to set-up. I will definitely use them again for another event!
