Its a parts and repairs shop i called to get a price on parts they didn't have them in stock witch is OK not a big deal at all but I ask for a price for the parts he said he has a book that I can drive ask the way they to look up the price and order he wouldn't do it that's just ridiculous why couldn't he just look and tell me or say hey I am busy let me give you a call back with the info
I've taken my equipment to this Place for 3 yrs in a row. each time my hedge trimmer was worked on. The carburetor was replaced. What, no repairs, just replace?? This has cost me almost as much as I've Paid fior the trimmer when new. In talking with the person at the service desk, He DID NOT seem to care. Also my equipment sat in their shop for almost 3 weeks. I dropped by to check and see if they were finished. Had a bad experience here bought a stihl chainsaw that had a factory problem after one use it stopped working, was told if it was factory which clearly it was after just one use it would be no charge,I was charged the clerk then said you didnt just use it once, he was rude you can tell by date purchased and its filter that it wasnt overused, they actually changed like the spark plug etc but how if we used it once and we were charged, bad experienced and basically scammed on a service that should have been free
Extremely unhelpful and rude. Was turned away immediately and shown no decency.
