I live in Woodview apartments in Hobe sound. It's a very nice complex. Debbie the property manager is outstanding in all she does .She makes you feel comfortable and truely cares about the residents. Thank you

I’ve had a great experience with A.G. Properties over the years. The staff management is respectful, professional, and truly considerate of their tenants. I have been with them for about 7 years now, at their complex in Rex avenue and must I say that I've always had a great experience with them so far. Maintenance requests are handled properly and in a timely manner. I like this place. I highly recommend them.
Stay far away from this property. Me and my medically disabled father just moved out of here and they trying to charge him for cleaning costs, holes in the walls, carpets that are well over 10years old and we’re starting to come apart from using a vacuum as I’m sure they were already in that apt before we ever moved in. They are trying keep his deposit and charge him an extra 200 for false accusations. I have rented from AG properties for close to 10 years. I'm in my early '70s. I find my home to be extremely convenient and the maintenance provided to be exceptional. Last week my air conditioning stopped working in the evening and the manager was there in the morning. It was fixed by 4:00 p.m. The men were polite and efficient. I feel extremely safe living here. The mailbox and laundry facilities are close by. And it is pet friendly. Which is very hard to find in South Florida. I thoroughly enjoy living at AG properties.
