Everyone we spoke with at AG O’Brien was helpful, competent and friendly. Communication was excellent. We received texts to update us on our appointments to repair our furnace and the technician arrived timely. Jason, our technician was knowledgeable and skillful, keeping us informed of what he was doing and why. A part needed to be ordered and Jason was able to return with it and install it several days later (after the weekend). Would not hesitate to use them again for HVAC issues. Thr O'Brien team did a great job. They were quick, efficient, and clean. They explained everything to my satisfaction. The only complaint I have is that they left about $200 worth of new plumbing parts behind.
