Drove 5 hours last Saturday for a 2 o'clock appointment for daughter to get a tattoo for her birthday. First tattoo should have been a great experience. However, Bruce was a no show for the appointment. No explanation or apology. We watched several customers come in and go out because no one there to help them. Candy Cakes is the BOMB!!!! Vanessa Vixen is Awesome!!! So I went to A Fu Kein Good Tattoo last weekend looking for Candy after reading the online reviews... Awesome Shop – I just got my first tattoo at this shop. I couldn't be more pleased with how my experience went. The shop was clean, had a fantastic atmosphere, and all of the staff are super friendly. My tattoo artist was Matt and he did a fantastic job. I came to this shop all the way from Summerville, SC and will be returning to this shop for all of my future tattoos.
Best tattoo shop around! – I just had my first 3 hour session done to fill in my right forearm. Super friendly staff. I will be going back to get the rest of my work done there for sure.
pokey pokey – Love this place. I have had a bit of work done there and love it. The people are great and laid back. Felt like we were just hanging out. Only with needles. Lots of original work and everyone is willing to find exactly what you want. I have 3 big pieces planned and will be going to them for them. Clean and neat. Friendly and cozy. Face it. This is a place you want to be comfortable in and they manage it great.
Are you serious? – What a joke!! I read some stuff online and saw great reviews but that obviosly was a bunch of crap!! i came in for some simple requests on my tattoo and i was treated so terribly!! also the shop was so dirty and im almost certain that drug use was going on everyone seemed so out of it and by the look of their portfolios the artist are either new to the field or they just plain suck! a fu kein good tattoo?? more like the worst fu kein tattoo shop ive ever been to! i will never let anyone there touch me! way... read more
a fu kein good tattoo – Alright, so I went over to this tattoo shop on Cassat. I hated it. They made me feel so uncomfortable and small there. I'd ask questions and dude just acted so annoyed and then the prices were just BS. I still made an appointment but when I got on normandy I saw this cat holding a tattoo sign, so I stopped to check them out. gnarly ink – Just got my 12th piece at a fu kein good tattoo, and its so gnarly...I had no idea these guys could put together something so damn easily....Im not a flash guy so I searched for a good custom shop and found them online. Its no BS, they truly are custom, you can tell by how their shop looks when you walk in! All I know is that Im sending all my people to them from now on!
awesome custom work – I just had to tell the internet world how awesome my new tattoo shop is!!! I went in for something, but I was unsure of what. All I had to do was tell the guys what I liked and the artist and apprentice brainstormed and came up with a beautiful start to a backpiece for me. What is awesome is that it's only costing me a hundred per hour and my artist is working super fast. I only have about 4 more sessions and my backpiece will be finished.
