NEVER NEVER Trust This Guy – Extremely disappointing. While he came out for the initial appointment promptly, the gopher bait he used was something new he wanted to try and it did not work. The gopher was destroying my yard. I called him for a follow up and to ask if he would come back to take care of the problem, unfortunately because I already had paid him he did not return my call. DOESN'T DO THE JOB!! stay away!!!!! – Absolutely awful. Stay away from this guy. One of the worst service (or no service) I ever had. Came first time on Thu afternoon for estimate. Very smooth talker. We liked him and he agreed to come next day. Next day he sends his friend who does not agree to half of the agreements and we had to turn this friend down. We said we want Tony to do the job. DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY! TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! Take your business elsewhere – Don't do business with this guy. I did not have this bad an experience with any other business before. If I could anything less than 1 star I would have done so. Called this guy Tony for flea treatment. The guy was prompt the first time and did the treatment and gave a guarantee that he will do the treatment free if the fleas come back within in 90days. The flea problem returned in 2 weeks.
