Top notch company. Went above and beyond for my mother and me. I have been so pleased with every aspect of my interaction with the people of A Fresh New Look. They showed true kindness, quality, and professionalism - even when the situation became a bit more than initially expected. They work together, with you and each other(always knowing exactly what's going on at the job) and are very competent. I would highly recommend A Fresh New Look to anyone!
Her first employee damaged my homes septic line which cost $2k to fix (and they didn't pay for that), then she (the owner) stole another 3k from me via credit card. This is how they left the job after charging a total of $13k Police contacted, gotta take her into court now. Avoid at all costs! Crooks! P. S. The floor is also leveled improperly.
Scott was professional, clean, knowledgable and hard working. I would recommend for drywall work.
Stole about $3500, left job unfinished, lies, called WA police and filed report at BBB. Employee vandalized sewer stack, have videos and photos of everything, owner renamed company from Fresh Look to Fresh New Look, beware!
