I continue to have an amazing experience at A Fresh Health Perspective. Shannon is incredibly knowledgeable and truly attentive. She helped me with ongoing digestion issues, a tight hamstring, sore lower back, and very tight shoulder blades-and I noticed real improvement. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel completely at ease. I left each session feeling better in my body and more balanced overall. Highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for effective, thoughtful care.
