You would think a service based on mental health would actually care about their patient mental health. As per the rest of the reviews, they’re very inconsiderate and rude. I’ve been doing sessions since October, I am also pregnant and work healthcare overnight. I haven’t missed an appointment until one day I had a bad day and couldn’t remember about the session. I had the best experience with my therapist Crystal Jones. She was very attentive, honest, and actually helpful. She is good at her job and will meet you where you’re at but make sure you don’t stay there. I am so blessed to have found A freeman’s place.

I worked with Crystal (therapist), Britney (groups), and Dr. Munier (psych) and they were a pleasure and made me learn much about myself. The only reason im not continuing with them is because my insurance changed and I have no choice but to find a new provider. Out of all the groups I’ve tried A freemans place is definitely one of the best and I definitely recommend giving them a shot.
