I had the best experience with my therapist Crystal Jones. She was very attentive, honest, and actually helpful. She is good at her job and will meet you where you’re at but make sure you don’t stay there. I am so blessed to have found A freeman’s place.

I worked with Crystal (therapist), Britney (groups), and Dr. Munier (psych) and they were a pleasure and made me learn much about myself. The only reason im not continuing with them is because my insurance changed and I have no choice but to find a new provider. Out of all the groups I’ve tried A freemans place is definitely one of the best and I definitely recommend giving them a shot.

I did therapy with this company on two separate occasions. Once in 2022 and another in 2024. Both times I did not have great experiences. In 2020, the therapist I was with would be looking at her phone during session and act like she wasn't. In 2024, the other therapist forgot that I started a new event in my life and would need to reschedule sessions. I even emailed her and she still forgot. Overall, not a great place for therapy I feel. Only reason why they aren't receiving one star is because they accept medicaid.

Originally had virtual sessions with a therapist from Freeman's Place from 2020 to early 2022 and was happy with the experience. Wanted to return now in 2024 and reached out; first, it took them over 3 weeks to respond to calls/emails. Once they responded they told me to complete intake via email. I completed intake and then they called me and told me that they can't schedule an appointment because I had three or four unpaid invoices from 2021 and 2022.
