last year we decided to purchase an above ground pool. We went to several pool stores in the area, and aframe pools was the best by far. the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. once we made our purchase the above ground pool manager went out of his way to make the process of installing and using our new pool as easy possible. We have been back several times for chemicals and toys and they always remember who we are. i couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Everybody at the store has been so helpful. My parents have always had a great experience there from the friendly store sales staff and the professional service teams that work on their pool. My parents are now elderly and rely on the pool for exercise and relaxation. The associates have always gone out of there way to help them from carrying out everything to their car to helping them out with their pool cleaner.

Bought a pool last spring. It collapsed under the weight of the winter we had this year. I contacted aframe pools for assistance. I was told I'd have to file a claim with the manufacturer and was given an email address. Over a month later and in to June I'm told that I had the wrong manufacture. I called aframe and advised my salesman of this latest information. After asking me to hold someone else came back to the phone and said she'd transfer me to his VM. So we'll see where we go drone here.

I have personally worked with A-Frame Imperial Pools for the past 25 years installing more than 2000 pools for them. When ever we have had any problems with their pools, liners or other equipment. They always take care of their customers. A Frame Imperial also works hard every year to find the best pools at the lowest possible price on the market to supply their customers to be competetive in their area. My advice would be if you are looking for a pool or spa they are the people to call.

Thank you so much for sending these professionals over to bail me out from under my wife's adventures! They did so much more than change out a manifold. They quite literally re-built the frame of the spa. They totally went above and beyond any normal call of duty. My only worry is that they did too good of a job and it will last for years delaying the ultimate purchase of a far superior Saratoga Spa. Thanks again.
