Worst Experience EVER!! – After coming over to this site from Kudzu, I was not at all surprised that everyone who'd taken the time to write horrible reviews also took the time to repeat it here. As a very busy wedding planner, I don't have a lot of extra time to write bad reviews for various stores. Moreover, it is rare that I encounter service so bad as to warrant a review. Great Experience, Had alot of fun! – I had gone to a few of the stores in town that said they carried the particular dress line I was interested in (Pronovias) You know the drill; you call, they claim they have the dress, you drive in, no dress. Well I had gotten quite frustrated as this had happened twice already. I walked in very skeptical only to find that the third time was indeed the charm. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I had a good experience there – After reading the reviews on here, I am shocked! I had quite the opposite experience at this store. My friend was the bride, and after waiting for an opening at David's Bridal for about an hour or two, we gave up and tried the next store on her list. We walked in (granted, this was a Monday - a holiday, though - MLK, Jr., Day) and my friend was able to see a consultant right away. Go Else Where. Money Hungry Owner. Unprofessional. Overpriced – Where do I start? First of all, I was riped off, Her price was $400 higher than other places. She was initially very nice but once she got all her money and made you sign the contract, she became the devil. Beyond horrible – I couldn't wait to get home to write a well-earned, scathing review of this bridal store and the horrid owner who lacks customer service skills, tact, and overall human decency. I walk into the store, and she bee-lines over to me. She looks irritated that I am there, an interruption to her day, perhaps. Or perhaps it's because I am the only white person in the store? Avoid at ALL costs!!!! Owner is horrible!!! – All I have to say is...the owner is a very mean lady. She just wants the sale & then she is done with you and her true colors come out. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place! If I could have given this store zero stars...I would have!

Awful Experience – I bought my wedding dress from this store and had a horrible experience. I tried on the dress for the seamstress and she made all of the necessary pins and adjustments in preparation for the alterations. She made an appointment for me to come back several weeks later to try on the dress again. Not only did she forget the appointment but the alterations had not been completed! This was only the beginning of a painful process where my dress was torn, marked, and altered improperly. The management did not do ... read more
