I asked for an arrangement for a certain dollar amount..was told ok..when I see my credit card statement, I was overcharged $12 more..very unprofessional! I'll never get flowers from this place.

I called and ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and they were so helpful. I'm not a flower person so I told them what I was looking to spend and my mom's favorite flower and they took care of everything for me. I will be using them from now on.
I recived flower from my boss for my birthday. They were absolutely the best flowers I have ever recived in my life. They were so unique. The balloons, the holder full of Skittles. I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my Birthday, from my Bosses and staff where I work, Wow !! I had received a floral arrangement for my birthday from my boss from "A Flower Loft" the arrangement was beautiful and stayed well preserved. I loved them so much, and everyone who came into the office complimented me on them. I have used several florist over the years, however I recentley place a order for funeral flowers for a close friends mother that passed away. The flowers were the best I have ever seen, the designers there were very friendly and were able to help me with my order after hours.
