Whoever works there named Nancy is rude, godforbid don’t ask questions about your order. 1st and last time I’ll order from her, plenty of other places locally with better customer service.

We have had city construction in front of the residence and in 6 days this florist was the only one willing to deliver. HOWEVER the water was dirty when it arrived and the arrangement vase has a scotch tape grid to hold them in place. So how am I suppose to change the water? As a florist from 20 years ago I was told no real arrangement should include tape grids and now I have a headache on my hands to get clean water to keep this extremely expensive gift fresh for more than 1 day. It is pretty.

I just received flowers that were ordered by my Husband for our Anniversary - I absolutely love flowers, but this arrangement is awful. I am in no way trying to be rude, but these should of never been delivered. The flower arrangement is 90% greenery - and not pretty greenery -but "weeds" like. The flowers are wilted, the placement of the flowers look as though they fell over and someone just shoved them back into the vase. Completely disappointed.

They delivered the flowers quickly after I placed the order. The flowers were fresh and lasted for a long time and the arrangement was beautifully done. Very impressed!
