Husband ordered valentine flowers balloons bear and chocolate,bear chocolate and balloons where not delivered,had to wait to get them on a Monday since they where closed on the weekend and yes rude customer service,and never once apologized about there mistakes and wasn’t worth what he payed for ……..!!!!!!!!!Thumbs down
Whoever works there named Nancy is rude, godforbid don’t ask questions about your order. 1st and last time I’ll order from her, plenty of other places locally with better customer service.
We have had city construction in front of the residence and in 6 days this florist was the only one willing to deliver. HOWEVER the water was dirty when it arrived and the arrangement vase has a scotch tape grid to hold them in place. So how am I suppose to change the water? As a florist from 20 years ago I was told no real arrangement should include tape grids and now I have a headache on my hands to get clean water to keep this extremely expensive gift fresh for more than 1 day. It is pretty.
