They delivered an entire day late and some of the flowers were already beginning to wilt at the time of delivery. Also the arrangement did not really look like what I ordered.

Expectation vs reality (where's the roses?):
This is what I ordered. This is what I received. This is after they lost my order and it was delivered or day late after I called them.
The arrangement was 4 hours late and when we called to ask about them they said they were busy and had no idea when it would be delivered. The arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised. They didnt even use the same flowers. The arrangement is pretty but it isnt what I ordered.
