Very disappointed with the service received by myself and my family. It's very fustrating when you are told one price then charged a totally different amount and then even more fustrating when the problem is not resolved. This is only the most recent issue we have had here, this is among a long list of complaints we have had none of which were resolved in anyway.
Got screwed over by 1800 Flowers for flowers that were supposed to be delivered for my friends birthday, they are going to be 4 days late now. Found Susan and contacted her and she hooked me up with some better flowers that I would've gotten from them anyways. Next time I need flowers I'm going to go to her.
