We get excellent service through A First Name Basis. Would recommend their services to others.
Still Horrible!!! High turnover with staff. The company administration does not listen to the clients/family’s needs and focuses more on the company’s needs. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Does an awful job regarding documentation to ensure the processing renewal of services.
I love working for this company the only let down for me is they're not able to assign you overtime.and when you do get assigned overtime it get took from you I love working with my clients and when your hours get cut you have to request to work with other people that's the let down for me but other than that I love my job.
