I highly recommend A Family Veternarian for all your pet needs. The doctor and staff are caring people who take an interest in your family pet. They do only what is necessary to diagnose your pet without doing any unnecessary testing. You will not regret bringing your family let here.
Dr. Ed treated our one-year-old labradoodle that suffered third degree burns while rough playing with a Labrador they hit a pan of grease left on the side burner of a barbecue grill. Dr Ed proved to be a miracle worker for burn injuries and displayed a level of compassion we will never forget. We can't say enough good about this practice. A+++
Dr. Ed, Amanda, Sandy, Michelle....I know I am missing someone...but just want to let Ocala know what a caring, gentle vet Dr. Ed is as well as all of his staff. My little Elsa was diagnosed with kidney failure and to the vet each day until we knew it was time to let her go. Dr. Ed and Amanda were so kind and caring to Elsa when that time came...thank you all for your support through it all.
Dr Ed is amazing helped my Daisy Wednesday due some kinda allergic reaction to something. Highly recommend this office and very affordable. Thanks again Dr Ed

Amazing vet and staff. Sometimes you will find a vet who is good with your pets, but the staff does't always treat the owners as well. This entire office is easy to work with, the vet fully explains any problem you run into, and I highly recommend them.
When I moved here from NY ( 3years ago) Fluffer-Nutter was having a hard time from the trip down Dr. Ed took her right in found she had an enlarged heart she had become dehydated. He took excellent care of her she loves him and has been her vet taking care of her ever since he and his staff are all loving and caring to your pets(family) Best place I think you can take your pets. Thank you for all you do for me & Fluffer-Nutter <3
