I have been going to A+ Family Dentistry for years, seeing a handful of different dentists at this location over that time. This review, however, is specifically for Dr. Janice. In my opinion, she is the best by far. Not only in skill and expertise, but also in chairside manner. She is very patient and has incredible attention to detail. Both confirmed that attempting to rush a patient into an immediate $2,000+ Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) on the exact same day of diagnosis—without first submitting a proper pre-authorization request to insurance—is completely predatory. Hello my name is Turner Kimball, and today I was so impressed by my new dental office that I visited! I had been receiving flyers in my mail box, and my dentist for over 15 years is located in Redlands, Ca. My first experience was with the receptionist. "Mave". Went in and paid Janice Doan for a cleaning they did X-rays but no cleaning . This place is sketchy not good at all . Crooks ! They will try to give you extra charges for non existent cavity’s and more . Terrible fake nice people
Dr Janice and her team are excellent and provide superior dental care. Highly recommend.
