Very nice, did a great job fire place works great!!!! Ive been trying to get my fire place cleaned for 3 years. The other guy in town told me my fireplace was purely ornamental and refused to clean it, took around 100.00 for his time and left. I found Steve and now my fire place works great!!!
Mr. Austin responded quickly and worked us in within a week! He was efficient and did an excellent job!

Nice guy, fast and excellent service. He even patched up a few cracks in the ceramic inserts of my fireplace at no additional charge.
Mr. Austin was extremely nice and answered all of our questions with great knowledge. He did a wonderful job with our chimney and completed the task very quickly while still being thorough. I would highly suggest him and use him again in a heart beat.
