Had an appointment set up but no one showed and when I called the same number and left a message I never heard back🤷🏻♀️
Steve came out today and cleaned both our chimney & dryer vent. I had no idea how much debris either/both could collect. He was prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. He left no messes behind. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone who hasn't taken the time to get their vents or chimney cleaned!

I would highly recommend Mr. Austin! He did a great job cleaning our chimney and fireplace. He was so friendly and gave us some pointers on the upkeep of our fireplace. Very professional!
Mr. Austin did a great job of cleaning our 2 story fireplace, along with replacing the back inserts in both fireplaces (indoor and outdoor)!. He also replaced our outdoor fireplace burner kit for the fake logs. He did a great job of all, kept things clean, answered all our questions, AND he returns calls timely! Great job, Steve! Waco has a jewel with Steve!
