A & E Marble Granite Design quoted me a high price for a granite vanity top, promising a flawless finish and professional installation. The slab arrived with visible stains and a dull surface that required extensive polishing on my own. When I reported the issues, they claimed it was “within industry tolerance” and refused any remedial work or refund. The whole experience felt like a money‑grab with no accountability.
A & E Marble Granite Design delivered my kitchen island top with glaring imperfections—chipped corners, uneven polishing, and a rough, unfinished edge that snagged on utensils. The seam between two slabs was misaligned, creating a noticeable gap that collected food particles. Their “quality check” apparently missed all of this, and I’m left with a surface that looks cheap and feels unsafe.
They did all of our counters and they look gorgeous!! They are a very professional and hardworking team that great work! Our neighbor also used them. We are so happy with our countertops and highly recommend them!
I had a unique small project that they made happen to exacting dimensions. Very happy with the end result. Experienced and friendly.
