Last year, one of our openers broke and we called A E to replace it. They were fast and everything worked great. This year, we called them to replace the two doors and again they were fast and in and out with new doors completely installed. The doors are of excellent quality. My only small thing to note was that I did find several nails in the driveway after the fact which I believe came from the doors being removed. Their service was good and we'll probably use them again.

Garage door broke and we were unable to open it. They came out and replaced the motor, installed garage door motion sensors. The garage door is so quite now we have to double check to make sure it is actually closing before going into the house! Great service, very satisfied.

Garage door spring broke and couldn't enter or exit through garage which is our primary entry into home. Car was stuck in garage until AE Door came to fix it. They were in and out in 20 minutes and did a great job!

New Garage Door – I love my garage door that was recently installed by AE Door and Window. I have never had a garage before, so this was a new experience for me. It is so nice. Was surprised when I called to schedule an appointment, and it was done so quickly. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you AE Door and Window.

Great Customer Service – The service I experienced from AE Door and Window was excellent. I had to have my garage door spring replaced. All it took was a simple phone call. I received a very simple explanation of what the cost would be and was able to schedule a technician at that time for the following day. Horrible Service – To whom it may concern: On December 6th, 2010 I put in an order for an entry door and surround. I was told it would be difficult but they may be able to get everything together by December 22,2010 I was told a few days later that everything should be ready on the 22nd. When December 22nd rolled around, I was told the parts did not come in and at that time the job would not be completed until January 3,2011.
