Stopped in for the first time because I have heard good things. It was 4:54pm and I wanted an iced latte. The guy behind the counter instructed me that was unavailable because they had just finished cleaning the machine for the day. If they had just finished cleaning the machine that means you will be unable to purchase any espresso drinks past 4:45 when there business is open until 5:00. We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating first experience with A&E. On slow days we do turn off our machines a few minutes before the close but we always have brewed coffee, tea and beans available until 5. We would like to invite you back to our Amherst location for an espresso drink on us.
RecommendedI moved to Florida and there's nothing I miss MORE about New Hampshire than the wonderful A&E! No place in this world just like A&E and the people working there. Lots of love. Miss you all!

I would definitely recommend visiting any of the three A&E Coffee and Tea locations while in Southern New Hampshire. Each has its own charm and personality. The staff is friendly and very helpful if you are unsure of what you would like. I was going to order my standard iced beverage order for my husband and I. Instead the barista recommend a bullseye and a green matcha with lavender and vanilla. Did not get what I asked for. And the cup was small for a $6.00 cup of latte. Probably won’t be stopping again.

I come here on my days off or the days I start at one. I love this place. I always come out feeling relaxed and reenergized. It’s awesome.
I have never had coffee better than this. It’s amazing!
