Excellent service, timely completion and a very professional persona, would recommend
Edmund Reek did not do a good job on the appraisal on my house. He used comparable data that was over a year old in a market that had heated up 3 months before my sale. Zillow which was notoriously low on housing values was actually about the same as his appraisal. I would not recommend using him or his company. I was very disappointed with his findings and it cost me thousands of dollars.
