Joshua Seale with A Dynamic Roofing Service goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Being involved in insurance, it really helps to know someone like Joshua! He is so committed to doing an excellent job that he has been known to rush out to homes to prevent leaks during a storm (I've seen this happen multiple times!), and he always tries to put the customer first. I have heard very positive feedback from everyone I know that has worked with him. He is knowledgeable about roofing products as well!
Joshua and his crew did an outstanding job. Joshua was prompt in responding when I requested a quote. He worked with the insurance agent to ensure all of the damage was noted on the claim. Once the claim was settled, the crew was fast and thorough and completed the job in a few hours. After the crew had completed the roof, they insured that the work area was cleaned up and free of debris. I will definitely use Dynamic Roofing in the future should I need a roofer.
From start to finish my experience with A Dynamic Roofing Service was better than I expected from a roofing contractor. This was my first roofing replacement as a homeowner. I called A Dynamic Roofing for a roof inspection upon hearing about them from a neighbor and got Joshua to my property the next day. He was very thorough with the inspection. He made sure he identified and photographed all the damage caused by the hail storm. I was very impressed with how informative and professional he was.
