Just found loose hardware on the garage door for the third time since May. They used regular nails for the trim and now rust is running down it. I went and spoke with the wife's owner and he agreed it shouldn't have been done and agreed to remedy the situation. This all started when I told them about the hardware and the garage door opener mounting RIPPING out of the wall. It was never mounted on a stud. He came to fix it promptly unannounced. I complained. Just had the installers show up to replace our opener, but they didn’t bring along a new opener - “miscommunication” in the office. Can’t even try to resolve it since no one is answering the phones today.
RecommendedI am so pleased with the customer service I have received over the past years. They have come by to help with minor things that I couldn’t manage on my own.
