I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I switched from my regular dentist because they told me they could do a routine cleaning. However, when I arrived for my appointment, they suddenly told me that I could not get a regular cleaning and that I had to get a deep cleaning instead. They said the doctor would not perform a routine cleaning unless I agreed to the deep cleaning, which would cost $800 out of pocket. It felt very misleading and pressured. I was originally only looking for a dentist for my toddler when I quickly learned they took my insurance and I could switch over. After mine and my son’s first appointments, I’ve very pleased with the whole office. From the girls at the front desk to the assistants and dentists, they’re all wonderful and very helpful. Thank you A+ dental group for making us feel welcomed and taken care of.
Dr K fixed me right up again! I have an implant that came loose, and Dr. K was able to get me in very quickly at the Durango location, and tighten it up…. Good as new! Disaster averted, go see Dr. K, he’s great!
I had visited 2 dentists prior to finding A+. I highly recommend their work and the knowledge of dentistry.
My fave dentist!! Always leaves my teeth soo clean & fresh! Been coming here for years for as long I can remember 100/100 recommend staff is amazing & kind very professional !!
