My time at A'de was amazing as always. Outstanding customer service, professional, and relaxing. I always walk away more educated about my skin and of course yearning for my next appointment.
I have paid for a 6 session package, waxes, and wraps. I have reached out via email and phone. She never calls back and kept all my money. The services I did receive were great but keeping all my money and never returning my emails or calls is not okay. Legal action is going to be taken. Do not pay ahead for your services with her, she will keep the money and ghost you. Edit: still being ghosted and haven’t heard from anyone to discuss my grievance.
My first experience with A'de Spa Skincare & Waxing Studio was wonderful! Ashley, owner and esthetician, exceeded my expectations while delivering the signature facial service. What I appreciated the most about this experience is that she took the time to answer all of my questions, and there were a lot.
