Great customer service. The best from any shop I've ever used.
I live in Canton and my diesel truck quit on me. I really didn't want to leave it in Terrell, but Alan reassured me of their expertise for diesel as well as foreign cars. Did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Communication was outstanding with text updates. Trustworthy mechanic!

For them to be a NAPA parts partner, they criminally over charge for their parts. They charged over $90 fir a part that I could have gotten from GM for half the cost. I understand making money on parts but twice the retail price is gouging plain and simple. It turned out that they shouldn't have replaced it anyway as I put the old part back on and it works just fine. Avoid this business!
These are the nicest and most professional guys I've come across. While traveling I found myself in need of their help. They were able to get my car in and out and let me know what happened, why, and how they fixed the problem. I appreciate their fantastic customer service. It's rare that you find a shop that earns your trust & confidence. Thank you!!
Needed new tires, inspection and other services. As usual, A-D was helpful in providing information to help me decide the tires I wanted to buy and answered my questions. Installation was timely, as was the inspection. Everyone was friendly and professional. I completely trust A-D to service my 2008 HHR.
