Excellent!!! 1. How was our customer service? Excellent. Information provided on phone was helpful and our questions were always answered. 2. Were you satisfied with the results of your data recovery? Yes, I am told that about 75% of the data was useable although they were disappointed a complete website that was finished did not come through. 3. Is there anything we could have done better?
