RecommendedI have to totally recommend A&D Auto Parts, Inc!! After AAA totally failed us Friday, A&D came out to make sure we were safe. Allen was incredibly kind and sat on the side of I-70 for over 2 hours to make sure we were safe. He stayed until the other driver returned with our wheel and a new tire and waited until the job was done to be sure we weren't stranded.
The quality of their service and the fact that their customer service is excellent.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Allen from your company who came and rescued me this evening after my tire burst from a large shard of metal lodged in it. My little girls panicked when that happened. I called roadside assistance and they sent Allen and he was so polite, kind, and very professional. I've been having a rough couple of months and this incident today added to that roughness. And Allen's kindness made this experience a lot better. Thank you for such great customer service!
