I asked for balayage beginning around my ear (melted root look) and showed ****** the first picture. She said she could do it and I became a little worried when she began foiling up near my root with heavy brush strokes, but I trusted her process. The result was bulky 2000's style highlights beginning with harsh lines around an inch from my root. Terrible.
