They delivered, old, nasty, wet, moldy wood to my elderly grandparents and refuse to provide any refund or swap it out for burnable wood. The light colored wood in the pictures is from an old load and is a great example of what the wood should look like. The dark pieces are what they delivered. Absolutely deplorable to rip off the elderly. Definitely not how I would want my grandparents treated.
They could start by REFUNDING MY GRANDFATHER and learn to not take advantage of people. I'm sure this company knows PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY. DO RIGHT! YOU STILL HAVE THE CHANCE
Unless you want to be ripped off for soaking wet wood that they WONT take responsibility for DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
