I went in that place with a long full one length full head off hair to get a some highlights and they fried my hair so bad that it looks like I got my hair cut into layers. my hair started chipping away in to pieces. I had a long one length hair and now it's dry, corse and is all chop up. I regret coming to this place. Never again I'll go to this place. I'm currently looking for a new place to cut it up and try to get this fried dry up ends.
