RecommendedBeen using them for a year now and have never had any complaints. The few times they forgot to blow off the porch and driveway, I sent a text to Kris and he addressed it with his crew. We ended up finding out over the next couple of weeks that whoever was blowing the mess off of peoples properties those days just went to the wrong house.. I can understand how that happened because they do the HOA land and quite a few other properties while on my block, and a couple of houses look the same 🤷♀️
Extremely unprofessional. After providing service for several years, they gave us zero notice that they would no longer be servicing our neighborhood. Common courtesy and business practice would be to provide a customer 30 days notice if you intend to discontinue service. Once they notified us via email they also will no longer respond to our emails, even though we paid in full for the month.
We went back and forth with this company. All we asked was that they come the same day each week so we know when to keep our dogs in. We are extremely laid back. The never showed up but the invoices always did. I know we paid for whole months where they never came. When I would complain, they would send a crew over but only then. They never picked up the phone and lied about scheduling. I get weather and other things may change a schedule, but just communicate! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SERVICE.
This company does a great job of caring for lawns and taking care of any other landscaping needs. We have always been satisfied with the owner and his focus on client satisfaction.
Awesome crew, reliable service, and my yard always looks fantastic. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of my property!
