I noticed that the only good reviews were from more than a year ago when under the old management. This new management is intent on making sure that the tenants do not get their deposits back and charge them for cleaning that is never done and repairs that were reported by the tenants that were never repaired when living on the property. I must warn prospective tenants with this company you are going to lose your deposit unless you are prepared. Best advice is to go elsewhere; PERIOD
