Great high quality meats and fantastic sandwiches. Humanely treated and grass fed, not just hay fed. You can taste the difference. Owners seem to be really on top of it. So lucky they started business here!
I'm going to have a hard time ever enjoying sausage again in life if it's not from A Cut Above!! I did 2 orders of the Butcher's Dozen for my daughter's first birthday, and everyone was astounded by the quality. There were turkey sausages for the kiddos, and interesting ones for adults like chorizo and boerwurst. My personal favorite was the serrano. Will definitely look forward to ordering from their list of baskets again for future parties!
Great service. The front desk young lady is great. I have to say the Cobb salad was underwhelming. All dark meat turkey and the bacon was cured like ham but it is not crunchy and it was fatty. Not great. I wanted to love it. :(
Great people very friendly and good quality cuts as you like them. I love their Lamb chops
