There is no better hair stylist than Julayne Foshee!!! This saint of a woman literally brought my hair back from the dead after a tragic ORANGE "balayage" incident at another salon. She LISTENS, will tell you honestly whether she needs to adjust the color you've shown her a picture of to ensure it looks good with your skin tone, and she makes sure you ACTUALLY love your hair before you leave!!!! <3
Julie is a perfectionist. She knows how to listen to her client,can manage curly ,unruly hair with ease. Furthermore, she will make a recommendation that may not necessarily benefit her financially ,while at the same time knowing her clients particular lifestyle. I can't say enough positive about Julie and A Cut Above.m
