Had an appointment at 11. Walked in at 10:55. I told her I had an appointment at 11. The lady told me to take a seat. A guy walked in after me and asked if anyone could take a walk in. 5 minutes later he’s getting his hair cut. I waited 20 minutes. What’s the point of an appointment if a walk in gets priority?
