I stopped by for a coffee today. The coffee was outstanding I also purchased a scone which was fresh and so delicious. I will definitely return. The price is great and outshines Starbucks, Panera, or Corner Bakery for quality and price
I absolutely LOVE this place. As a working medical student, it's a great place to relax and study. They have delicious cupcakes like the Ube, Bad&Bougie and the Hazelnut Bomb! Their avocado toast on sourdough with just black pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and honey is to die for! Plus they have an out of this world double chocolate muffin which is dairy, gluten and vegan free! This place is definitely a hidden gem in Garfield Ridge!
I went here the other day with my daughter and sister in law. I absolutely loved it! We were able to have some coffee and a sandwich, both were delicious. It’s about time we have a place like this on the south side! The woman working was very friendly and I loved the music that was playing too!

I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for years but I wanted to see if there were any local coffee houses I could support. COJ has a really inviting environment but the big winner for me is the staff. They are always friendly and open to any questions about the menu... super comfortable place. COJ is my new spot!
