Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a 2014 Town and Country about 3 weeks ago. Despite advertising it as wholesale pricing, the van was well over the NADA value for that year van with that mileage. I pointed out the rusted quarters and the year/mileage being something that concerned me and asked them to work with me on the price. We were able to get the price down to at least current retail price and i was assured that the van had went through their service department and Rob assured me they had done "a bunch of work... read more
