Car Shopping Bought my daughter's car there. They were willing to work with you to bring the price more into your range. I would go there again when I am in need of a new vehicle.
Horrible company In a word greedy and they don't care if a family depends on their car. I have to take my daughter to childrens hospital once a month. How will I do this with my new car broke down and no money to fix it even though its under warranty? I think people should be responceable when their product isn't good. If I do a bad job where I work I get fired, but some people just don't care about customers.
DONT BUY FROM THESE JERKS They don't stand behind their cars have bought 4 cars from them 3 out of the four blew up within a year. I will never buy from this place again. I thought I just got some bad cars but after the third one I see They just rip people off. They wouldnt even try to fix them either, and one was brand new still under warrenty and they said that the warrenty was void cause the oil wasn't changed. The oil was changed on schedule.
RIP OFF Worst car dealer I've ever had the misfortune to buy a car from. They will take your money and laugh as you drive a junker away.
Got us a Brand New Car When we went to A. Crivelli to trade in our 2000 Ford Windstar, the dealer gave us a brand new 2006 Ford Focus. What was great about the trade is that we got $7,000 back for the new car. We didn't even give them a penny! I think it was a really great deal that we gave up a 2000 model vehicle and got a 2006 model vehicle and still received that amount of money back! I don't believe any other car dealer would offer the same thing. Wouldn't you?
Buyer Beware They won't fix thier cars under warranty they just make up some excuse. Bad customer service, and they don't care about what they do to people as long as they get your money.
Unbelievable Trade-In! Great in new car sales! I wanted to trade in my old car. I went to 2 different Ford dealers near my home. One offered me $3000 for my car the other would only give me $1500 for my trade in. A. Crivelli offered me $5800 right off the bat, no negotiating. They also went well out of their way to locate the vehicle I wanted and have it brought in (only 3 were left in the nation)!
Great Car Bought our Subaru there because the salesman was outstanding and went out of his way to get the car to their garage for us to test drive. Set us up with a warranty that is probably the best in the industry.
