We just bought our first Subaru here today. Everyone we dealt with was so mice and friendly and it was probably the easiest car-buying process we have experienced. Our salesman, Joe, was wonderful and patient to deal with. The finance manager was incredibly fast but informative. We will definitely be back and recommend 100%! Thank you all!
We bought our first Subaru almost 2 years ago. They have done an excellent job with the 2 year care package. 4 oil changes, tire rotations, and all point inspection. I still have 1 yearly inspection left to use. We appreciated the service and sales people so much that when it came time for our oldest daughter to buy her first car. We came back to A. Crivelli. I got my Legacy three years ago from A. Crivelli and have never once regretted my decision! I originally went to the Toyota dealership and they didn’t pay me much attention. But Jack got me set up with a Subie that day. Also, Dave in the maintenance department is the bees knees. He deserves a beer and a foot massage after every shift. Or at the very least, a high five.
When I made my appointment to have my 2018 Impreza serviced, I was under the impression that I got 2 free oil changes while I owned the vehicle. I stated that when I made the appointment. The day came to have it serviced, and WOW, was I surprised to be handed a bill for just under $67 ! They said Subaru doesn’t offer that. Why wasn’t that clarified before ? I have no idea, but I am ch cling into it .
