I am concerned with this facility. THEY IGNORE YOUR CALLS & GIVE NO CALL BACKS OR UPDATES. They constantly give inaccurate information or they ignore your calls/ texts. I was told that it would take one week to complete. Then the second week comes by I get no update. I call and text on that Friday, no one gets back to me I wait for Monday end of day, no one got back to me still, so I call again. I contacted a core connection for therapy services for my ten year old. She’s struggling with family relationships and anxiety especially around changes to routine. Since we have started about five weeks ago and since then, every single session has needed to be moved because of ‘clients in crisis’ or there was a paper missing a signature that our assigned therapist ‘found’ only after I asked her whom I should contact about it in the office since it was signed online the day I was told it was missing. My daughter has been in a few different ABA Clinics and A Core Connection is one of the best! This team is professional, knowledgeable and most of all they really CARE about the well being of their clients and families. Thank you Sloane, Mary, JoJo and Fabi- you guys are true treasures!
This place was once incredible. I feel the service and care levels are slipping and it makes me sad.
