Love this place, they have local art, pottery, textiles, jewelry. Even a community pottery studio.
A true treasure trove of local artisanal pieces. There are primitive artworks that speak to the aesthetics of the region, such as birdhouses made from bits of moss with tiny river pebbles and sturdy handcrafted wooden furniture and turned bowls made from local timber. I am always amazed to see such a fine collection of art work, pottery, paintings and so many various pieces available in one store. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous to everyone that visits. I have purchased numerous pieces of pottery and they are usually a center of conversation in my house.
I regularly visit Embodiment Therapeutics located in A Conversation Piece, for Ayuvedic body work with Stacey Freeman. Great place to buy a gift made by local artists and artisans.
