This company repeatedly promised service for a leaking steam radiator. I phoned three times, when no one appeared, and received the same assurances. On the second day, after they said I was first on their call list, again no one appeared or phoned. Finally, after I had waited for a day and a half, I called them again, and was told that no repairman was coming.
