David did a great job at my recent home inspection. I was planning to join him but before I mentioned that he asked that I come so that I got the most out of it. He was very thorough and clearly has a ton of experience. He would explain everything he saw, show me what he was talking about, answer any questions I had, and stop what he was doing to explain things in more detail if I didn't fully understand it. David is the man to trust when it comes to a home inspection! This is our third time to use him, and we wouldn't trust anyone else. He is easy to work with, trustworthy and knows his job. He caught so many builder's mistakes and has given us great peace of mind.
