Great Appreciation I have lived here only 4 years but have had several of your employees in my home and every time I have been more pleased than the last. I don't think I have been so happy and so impressed with a company that did not sell jewelry, shoes or purses! A Comfort is highly recommended by me!
I bought a brand new AC and furnace a while back from a comfort service. At the time when the company installed the furnace, the sales guy M told me he will offer me a free filter and one free tune up after the installation. But when I called them recently for the free tune up, the owner and sales guy told me that they did not said that before. They are very unhonorable business – please avoid with all cost. I just want to say how pleased I am with the installation of my new furnace and AC. From the estimator, to the owner to the installers, I have no complaints and only praise. Everything was even done in less time than expected. I would recommend A-Comfort to anyone.
They sold us a lemon of an air conditioner but assured us everything would be all right because the AC had a 5 year warranty. What they failed to mention is their labor warranty was for only a year. So when the machine broke down, for the second time, after 1 year and 1 month, they told us it would take $250 dollars to fix it. In my opinion they are selling junk machines just so they can charge $250 to fix it when the labor warranty runs out.
We called A Comfort Service to check our AC. They did not know what they were doing and we ended up needing someone else to fix our AC. Go elsewhere.
Very Professional I just want to let you know how pleased I was with the service of A-Comfort. They were very professional but spoke in a way that a person who isn't familiar with the technical terms could understand. They were very thorough making sure the adjustment was all my furnace needed. They also showed me a little trouble shooting in case this or something like it happens again. If anything ever does happen, I will call A-Comfort.
Great Job – A-Comfort installed a air cleaning system in my house and I am very satisfied with it. The system has greatly helped with my indoor air problems. The men of A-Comfort were efficient, responsible and hard workers. I recommend A-Comfort highly.
