They inspected our home and pretty much trashed the home. One example is the pic where they said a vine was growing on the outside of the house. The house is well over 100 years old, yes there might be a vine growing, I live in a new house and if you look hard you might also find a vine growing. I own several homes that have been inspected and never had an experience anything like this company!
I would recommend this place 100 times over. Kevin was the inspector that we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better inspector than him. Kevin was super knowledgeable. Super professional and friendly, showed me everything about the house that I could possibly need to know. Nate performed an inspection on a property my wife and I were interested in buying. He was on time, very thorough, and kept us in the loop as he progressed throughout the house.
